I am known as Teacher Mia. I have gained teaching experience through practicum training and handling students, including those with special needs, for several months. During this period, I successfully assisted students in increasing their self-confidence in learning and improving their basic skills, such as reading and understanding instructions. For me, the greatest success is when initially passive students begin to participate actively in class and dare to try new things.
Teaching Method(s)
I utilise various interactive and student-centred teaching techniques to make learning more engaging and effective. These include the use of flashcards and language games. I also adapt my teaching approaches to suit the ability levels of my students, particularly those with special needs, by providing visual support and clear instructions. Additionally, I employ question-and-answer techniques and repetition to reinforce understanding, ensuring that students can follow the lessons in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
