I am an enthusiastic lifelong learner, who is eager to spread positivity and knowledge to my students in the best way possible. As a teacher, I am committed to ensure the success of my students and ensure a better academia future for them through logical and progressive teaching. My solid background in STEM, and experience in obtaining a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering from University Malaya with Honours will be a catalyst for me to uphold the same if not higher standards for my students.

My teaching method focuses on creating a clear, interactive, and student-centered learning environment that helps students understand concepts confidently while developing independent problem-solving skills. I believe that every student learns at a different pace, so I adapt my teaching style according to the student’s level of understanding, learning goals, and preferred learning approach. During lessons, I begin by identifying the student’s current understanding of the topic through simple questions or short discussions. This allows me to tailor explanations in a way that is easier for the student to relate to. I prefer using step-by-step explanations, practical examples, and visual methods to simplify complex topics, especially for subjects involving calculations, science, or analytical thinking. I also encourage active participation throughout the lesson instead of one-way teaching. Students are encouraged to ask questions freely, attempt practice questions independently, and explain their thought process during problem solving. This helps improve both confidence and critical thinking skills. For online tutoring, I utilize digital tools such as presentation slides, shared documents, and interactive whiteboards to maintain engagement and ensure lessons remain organized and easy to follow.
